“Jennifer is great. We can’t say enough good things about her. We had been thinking about moving from Virginia up to the Maine area for a while and so we were researching specific towns to live in. So when the time came to actually decide on physically moving, naturally we contacted Jennifer. In our first meeting, she wanted to know about our family and requirements…this helped her figure out what we were looking for and what didn’t make sense for us. For example, we have a 5 yr old (at the time) and she asked if walks and being outside was important to us. For us, that was extremely important and so she proceeded to tell us about the roads with double yellow lines (there generally aren’t sidewalks on those roads). We never thought about that before and so when she started looking for places, we looked to stay away from houses on those roads. She checked all the boxes: – She understands the areas – She understands the process – She’s an advocate for you Even after we settled, she didn’t disappear. We can contact her to answer questions and recommendations we need (from contractors to private schools to things to do in and around the area). That shows that she’s invested in us for the long term, not just during the house buying period.
