“Sold our house in 4 days! Jennifer was very patient with us as we considered downsizing into the city, showing us numerous properties over a few months as we hemmed and hawed. We got cold feet. Months later, without preamble I called Jennifer and said we’d found a local apartment and needed to put our house on the market asap.
